The farewell dinner will be held at the RESIDENCE, the medieval prince archbishops' residence. Built in early Baroque style, this extensive and elegant complex of buildings is situated in the centre of Salzburg on Residenz Square.The RESIDENZ is an old building containing some 180 luxuriously equipped halls and three spacious courtyards and is entered through a large marble portal bearing the coat of arms of the Prince Archbishop Wolf Dietrich. Young Mozart also played regularly at the Salzburg Residence since his father was in the archbishop's service as the director of the cathedral orchestra at that time. A 5-course menu will be served by the famous Hotel Sacher in Salzburg.

• Hors d'oeuvre vari? (with goose liver, prawns, game pie and leaf salads with marinated chanterelles)
• Essence of tomatoes with curd dumplings and basil strips
• Fillet of veal and beef coated in herbs with homemade noodles in cream of mushroom
• Selection of desserts "Hotel Sacher Salzburg" (Savarin, tear of passion fruit, marinated berries in almond pastry).
• Coffee and tea will be served with home-made pastry and chocolate
  produced by Sacher

There will be a performance entitled
"Baroque Night"a show of various dances with numerous artists dressed in baroque costumes and masques featuring amongst many other pieces from RIVERDANCE.
