CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Postmarked before March 20, 2000 - 100% refund
  (minus US $30 handling fee)
• Postmarked from March 21, 2000 - 50% refund
  (No refund on cancellations sent after May 5, 2000)
