Dear EFIC Exhibitor,
As the date of the EFIC exhibition draws near, we hereby enclose
some additional information that will assist you in your exhibition
planning. Also attached is a checklist of actions that you should
have taken by now. Companies, which have not yet sent us their order
forms, are kindly urged to do so as soon as possible. A final plan
and list of exhibitors is included in this document for your information.
Please note that permission to install exhibits is dependent upon
settling accounts prior to the exhibition opening.
SERVICES PASSES, EXHIBITOR'S BADGES
The exhibition management's desk will be located in the
exhibition area from Sundy, August 31, from 08.00 for the duration
of the exhibition. Please approach the desk upon arrival to collect
your service passes and exhibitor badges, and for any additional
information or assistance.
OPENING SESSION AND GET-TOGETHER RECEPTION
Exhibitors are cordially invited to the Opening Ceremony
on Tuesday, September 2, at 17.30, to be followed by a get-together
reception in the exhibition area. Exhibitors are requested to man
their stands during the get - together reception.

Vehicle Access and Parking and unloading
The unloading area is located in the basement of the Prague
Congress Centre and BECKSPEDITION (the sole appointees for the unloading
and loading of goods etc;)will unload all exhibition materials on
Saturday, August 30 between the hours of 16:00 -22:00.All materials
will be stored overnight in their warehouse (free of charge) which
is near to the unloading area.
Please note: lorries and trucks are not allowed to enter the city
of Prague between the hours of 22:00 on Saturday nights until Midnight
on Sunday nights. Only trucks that meet the below specifications
can drive into the basement entrance of the Prague Congress Centre
(through Gatehouse 3).

* length of the vehicle -10.00 m maximum
* total weight of the vehicle (the freight including)-10 t maxi

Exhibition materials will be transported on Sunday, August 31 to
the Exhibition Area on the second floor using two lifts: K and G

Please note that building materials are not permitted to be left
in the gangways. Please make sure that all materials are kept within
your stand space during installation times.
Parking Facilities
Please note that vehicles must leave immediately after unloading/loading
and park in the designated areas.
Trucks requiring parking will be directed by Beckspedition's staff
to a designated parking area located near to the PCC in the Prague
Exhibition Area -111 "Beranových " Street , Prague
9 -Letòany.
The daily rate is EUR 40 per truck and the area is patrolled by
security. Alternatively ,there is parking available at the Motel
located on the highway Brno (approx 20 km) at Pruhonice (petrol
station).
It is not mandatory to use these parking places but they are recommended.
There is also a car park available at the Prague Congress Centre
for individual cars at a daily rate of EUR 15 per car.
Please be aware that these prices were correct at time of going
to press.

STORAGE
Excess stock, Literature or packing cases may not be stored
on, around or behind stands, unless contained within a lockable
storeroom. For additional storage facilities you may contact: Beckspedition.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries sent to the Prague Congress Centre are not
guaranteed to arrive at your stand on time. The Prague Congress
Centre cannot sign or store them. All goods arriving will be sent
to BECKSPEDITION the freight forwarders. All goods that are sent
to the Prague Congress Centre are to be addressed as follows

CATERING
Lunches
During the build-up refreshments will be available at The coffee
shop located on the Ground Floor
During Congress opening hours lunches may be purchased on:
a) The coffee shop located on the Ground Floor
b) The restaurant located on the 1st Floor. The restaurant has a
fixed menu and an "a la carte" menu
Tea And Coffee
Tea and Coffee will be available to exhibitors in the exhibition
area during the official breaks.
EXHIBITOR BADGES
Exhibitor badges will be available for collection from
the Exhibition Manager's office, from 31 August 2003. Exhibitor
badges are for the use of company personnel only for stand manning
purposes only and do NOT allow access into the scientific sessions.
Please note that badges must be worn by all persons within the Prague
Congress Centre. Additional badges are available from the registration
desk at a charge of €60.

CLEANING/ RUBBISH DISPOSAL
All boxes and rubbish must be removed by 12.00 on 2nd
August. The organizers will be charged if any rubbish is left in
the aisles after 12.00. This charge will be passed on to the responsible
exhibiting company.
