Symposium on GnRH Analogues in Cancer and Human Reproduction, and will
be offering special reduced rates for accommodation.

HOW TO BOOK

In order to benefit from the special Symposium rates, kindly use the online form or send the enclosed Accommodation Form with the required deposit by AIRMAIL, FAX or E-mail at your earliest convenience. We strongly advise all Symposium participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after January 10, 2008.

For group bookings (10 rooms and more) companies are requested to send
their request by fax or email to Kenes International. Different payment and
cancellation policies will apply.

PAYMENT

Full pre-payment for accommodation provided by Kenes International is payable (less deposit) 14 days before your arrival in Berlin.

Please note that two weeks prior to the Symposium, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit with a bank transfer or cheque are required to send the balance of the outstanding accommodation charges to Kenes International 14 days before the Symposium at the latest.

Kenes International accepts Travellers’ cheques, Euro cheques, Visa, MasterCard,
Diners Club and *American Express credit cards.

* For American Express credit cards, charges will be in US Dollars according to the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION

Cancellations must be received in writing.
• Up to 14 days prior to arrival – full refund less Euro 30 bank charges
• Less than 14 days and up to 10 days prior to arrival – 1 night cancellation fee
• Less than 9 days; and for non-show – full cancellation charges

Kenes International reserves the right to change the requested hotels to those of a similar grade or better.

Kenes International and their agents shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.
