We are honored that Her Majesty the Queen of Spain will be present for the Opening Ceremony of the conference.

The Melia Seville Hotel will be offering a buffet lunch from 13:45 - 15:00, at a special reduced rate for conference participants .

Fees for participants include participation in all scientific sessions, conference bag, program & abstract book, all printed material of the conference and an invitation to the official social events.

Fees for Accompanying Persons include two half day tours and invitation to the official social events.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Up to 90 days prior to arriva l- full refund less bank charges
  • Up to 60 days prior to arrival - cancellation charge of EURO 50
  • Less than 60 days prior to arrival - no refund

PAYMENT
Payment of Registration Fees may be made online in this website, or by cheque payable to the "6th International Conference ADPD 2003", or by bank transfer to "6th International Conference ADPD 2003", Credit Suisse Geneva, 1211 Geneva 70, Switzerland, Bank Code: 4251; Account Number: 465953-82-24, Swift No: CRESCHZZ12A or by credit card, i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners Club. Please make sure the names of the conference and the participant are stated on the transfer.

Kenes International accepts Credit Cards (Visa , MasterCard , Diners and Amex). Payment will be charged in US$ according to the rate of exchange to Euro on the day of payment.

Get-Together Reception
A chance to meet old friends and make new ones at a Get-Together reception held at The Melia Seville Hotel.

Saturday, May 10th from 21:00 - 22:15 (included in the registration fees)
Flamenco Night

Flamenco is the only international art form with Spanish origins, and one of the few really outstanding art forms in the Western world. The indefinable spirit of this Andalusian art form is beautifully captured in the dances, the guitar playing and singing.
Registered participants and registered accompanying persons are invited to join us for an evening of Flamenco dancing, Sangaria and light Tapas.

Gala Cocktail and Tour (optional)

The Gala Cocktail will take place at the Reales Alcazares de Sevilla - the oldest Royal Palace in Europe which is still in use. You will be taken on a short tour of the palace before enjoying a cocktail buffet in the palaces' exquisite garden. The entrance of the palace is via "Puerta del Leon", and the places you will visit are:

The Palace of the King Don Pedro, Mudejar style from the 14th century
Patio Doncellas (Maidens)
Patio Munecas (Dolls)
Room Prince Juan - Where the only son of the Catholic Monarchs was born
Room Queen Isabel The Catholic

Tickets can be purchased at Euro 60 per person.
Participants who already registered will receive a reimbursment accordingly.

 

VISAS
Some participants may require Visas in order to enter Spain. Please check with your local Spanish Consulate or Embassy.

LETTER OF INVITATION
Upon request, the Secretariat of the conference will send a personal invitation to participate. This invitation is meant only to help visitors raise travel funds or to obtain a visa, and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.

LIABILITY
The conference Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, loss of or damage to private property of participants, students and accompanying persons, either during, or directly arising from the 6th International Conference ADPD 2003. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

CLOTHING
Clothing is informal for all occasions.
