All registered accompanying persons are invited to the
social events of the Congress on Wednesday and Thursday as well
as to the following two half day tours departing at 9:00 from Palexpo
and returning at 12:30 -13:00.

Geneva City Tour and visit of the United Nations
This guided city tour takes you by motorcoach to "International
Geneva", Lake Geneva, the water fountain, peaceful parks and
flower gardens, the business and banking centre. This is a great
overview tour to begin your stay in Geneva. A stroll along the romantic
streets of Geneva old town, dominated by St. Peter's Cathedral,
the historic Reformation Wall and some impressive ancient and modern
architecture.
In the second part of this tour, you will visit and learn about
the history of the main Office of the United Nations outside New
York. From the 25-hectare Ariana Park where the Palais of the U.N.
stands, you will also have the opportunity to admire breathtaking
views of the Leman Lake, the city of Geneva and the Mont-Blanc mountain.

Lausanne - ArtBrut Museum
With this tour, you will travel along the Lake Geneva to the
picturesque city of Lausanne, where you will visit the 'Collection
of Art Brut'.
The idea of "Art Brut" appeared around 1945. The artists
were prisoners, persons who lived in mental hospitals or other institutions
and other solitary beings.
