Kuoni Congress is the official travel agency for the 12th AEP Congress and will be offering specially reduced rates for accommodation and congress tours.

Kuoni Congress holds allocations of rooms at special rates at the hotels mentioned in the list. Only bookings made through Kuoni in advance will secure these rates. Please refer to the list to make your selection. Reservations on an individual basis should be made on the hotel booking form.

For block bookings (more than 15 rooms), companies are requested to send their requirements by fax to Kuoni Congress directly. Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

The Hotel Booking Forms should be received by Kuoni Congress (address above) no later than February 29, 2004. After that date, accommodation will be subject to availability. Your credit card will only be processed in the event of late cancellation or no-show.

Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied. Alternatively please forward a one night deposit by bank transfer to: Credit Suisse, 1211 Geneva 70,

For cancellations received after January 31, 2004, a fee equivalent to the deposit guaranteed will be charged.

In the event of non-arrival, the reservation will automatically be released by the hotel by 09.00 hrs the following day, and the deposit guarantee will not be refunded.

For individual bookings, participants are advised to take out personal insurance in case of unexpected late cancellation.

Kuoni Congress will endeavour to meet all accommodation requests. However, Kuoni Congress reserves the right to change the requested hotel to one of a similar category if they are unable to confirm those offered in the brochure.
