INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATION<br>

  1. Computerised presentation will be available in all halls for all sessions (PowerPoint Presentation).


  2. Please note that slide projection will not be available.


  3. Your presentation should be on a 1.44 MB floppy or CD or "disk on key"/USB.


  4. A speakers' ready room will be provided for speakers and will be available every day 30 minutes prior to sessions.
    Please note that you can check your PowerPoint presentation there, but you have to download it on the Congress laptop computer in the same session hall as your lecture.


  5. Please bring your presentation to the session hall where your lecture is taking place during the coffee or lunch break prior to your session. Your presentation will be loaded onto the laptop computer in the hall. You may supply your own laptop as a backup and check it in the same hall as your session, during the break prior to your session.


  6. Video: If you need to use a video for your presentation (VHS multi-system format only). Please advise us by return e-mail/fax, no later than March 1.


  7. Overhead projection (projection of transparencies): If you would like to use transparencies, please advise us by return e-mail/fax, no later than March 1.
