Guidelines for submission of proposals

• A brief description of the session (max. 250 words) MUST accompany the proposal. This is for evaluation purposes only and should not be considered as an abstract.
• It is imperative that proposers receive the acceptance of every speaker/chairpersons in their session prior to submission.
• All members of the faculty for symposia and workshops should be self-financed.
  AEP has no funds available for sponsoring all or part of symposia/workshops.
• Symposia involving speakers from more than one European country will be particularly welcome.
• No more than 5 speakers and chairpersons will be allowed per session.
