Instructions for Oral Presentations1. If using a PowerPoint (or any other computer) presentation: Please bring your presentation (on a 1.44 MB floppy or CD or "disk on key"/USB, to the session hall where your lecture is taking place during the coffee or lunch break prior to your session. Your presentation will be loaded onto the laptop computer in the hall.2. Video Presentation will be available for those who have pre-ordered it (VHS multi- system format only). 3. Overhead projection (projection of transparencies) will be available for those who have pre-ordered it. Please bring your presentation to the session hall where your lecture is taking place during the coffee or lunch break prior to your session. Please note that slide projection will not be available. |
