HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Kuoni Congress is the official travel agent for the Congress. Kuoni Congress holds allocations of rooms at special rates at the hotels mentioned on the enclosed list. Please refer to this list to make your selection. Only bookings made through Kuoni, in advance, will secure these rates. Reservations on an individual basis should be made by completing the accommodation form. For block bookings, companies are requested to send their requests via fax to Kuoni Congress directly. Hotel bookings should be sent to Kuoni Congress at the above address, to be received no later than January 12, 2000. Thereafter, accommodation will be subject to availability.

HOTEL DEPOSIT / PAYMENT
Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied. Alternatively, please forward a one night's deposit by bank transfer to Credit Suisse, 1211 Geneva, Account: 4251-380629-41 attention Kuoni Congress. Swift: CRESCHZZ 12A.
Your credit card will only be processed in the event of cancellation or no-show.
For block bookings (more than 15 rooms) different payment and cancellation policies apply. Please contact Kuoni Congress directly.

HOTEL CONFIRMATION
Confirmation will be sent by Kuoni upon receipt of the deposit. This confirmation should be presented to the hotel upon arrival. Kuoni Congress reserves the right to change the requested hotels to those of a similar grade, if they are unable to confirm those described in the brochure.

CHANGE OF BOOKING
Please notify Kuoni of any changes in the hotel reservations and NOT the hotel directly.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Cancellations must be received in writing before January 12, 2000; after this date, a fee equivalent to the deposit guarantee will be charged.
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation by 09:00 hours the following day and the deposit guarantee will be non-refundable.
For individual bookings, delegates are advised to take out personal insurance in case of unexpected late cancellation.
Kuoni Congress will endeavour to meet all accommodation requests, however Kuoni Congress reserves the right to change the requested hotel to one of a similar category if they are unable to confirm those listed in the brochure.
