HOW TO BOOK
In order to benefit from the special congress rates, kindly send the Registration and Accommodation Form included in this program together with the required deposit by AIRMAIL, FAX or e-mail to KTC@kenes.com
We strongly advise all symposium participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible.

PAYMENT
Kenes Tours accept Travelers' Cheques and Eurocheques (in the currency of the issuing country), Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club credit cards.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Participants requiring single rooms will be accommodated in double rooms for single occupancy. Payment will be valid for single occupancy as per the above rates.
• Kenes Tours reserves the right to change the requested hotels to those of a similar grade or better, if they are unable to confirm those described in the brochure.
• Kenes Tours shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.
• Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.
• Official check-in time for hotels is 14.00 hours and check-out time is noon.
  

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of Accommodation fees will be made as follows:
Up to 30 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges
Less than 30 days and up to 10 days prior to arrival - full refund (less US$ 50 handling fee)
Less than 10 days prior to arrival - full refund less one night accommodation.

TRANSPORTATION / AIRPORT ASSISTANCE
Kenes Tours will operate a Welcome Service inside the Arrivals Terminal Hall of Ben-Gurion International Airport for participants who have requested an arrival transfer and who have advised Kenes Tours of their flight details.

Participants who have reserved a transfer are requested to contact Kenes' representative at the Arrival Hall, upon entering the luggage claims area.

Arrival and departure transfers from Ben-Gurion International Airport to Congress hotels can be arranged on any day at an additional cost of US$ 20 per person.
