INSURANCE
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal
accidents or loss or damage to private property of participants and accompanying
persons, either during or indirectly arising from the 8th International
Congress on Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia. Participants should
make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Fees for PARTICIPANTS include: Admission to all scientific sessions
and Exhibition, Congress kit, program, abstract book, printed material
of the Congress, invitation to Get-Together Reception.
Fees for Registered Accompanying Persons Include: Invitation to
the Get-Together Reception, Opening Ceremony and two half day tours.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Fees will be refunded with a (MAY BE 50$ INSTEAD) 25% deduction, if written
cancellation is received before October 31, 2002.
