head of department confirming their status and/or a valid student

Fees for PARTICIPANTS include:
- Participation in scientific sessions
- Opening Ceremony and Get-together Reception on Sunday
- The printed material of the Congress
- A Certificate of Attendance
- A half day tour on Tuesday
Fees for ACCOMPANYING PERSONS include:
- Opening Ceremony and Get-together Reception on Sunday
- Two half-day tours, planned to coincide with the scientific
sessions
- A half day tour on Tuesday
Cancellation Policy
- Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- Postmarked until and including June 30, 2002 - 100% refund
(minus EURO 50 handling fee)
- Postmarked from July 1, 2002 - 50% refund
- No refund on cancellations sent after August 29, 2002
