After the great success of the 9th International Symposium on APS in Tours, France, attended by close to 500 participants, it is my pleasure and honor to inform you that the International Advisory Board decided that the next meeting will take place in Giardini Naxos, Taormina, Sicily, Italy, September 29 - October 3, 2002.

At this Congress, we will mainly concentrate on novel developments - both scientific (basic) and clinically achieved, specifically
in the years 2000 - 2002.

I encourage you to submit an abstract of your work and to participate in the Congress.
