Cancellation Policy
Fees will be refunded with a 25% deduction if notification of cancellation
is received (by fax or email) before September 24, 2004. Between
September 24 and October 24 there will be a 50% refund. After this
date no refunds can be made.
Payment
Payment of registration can be made through this website using a
credit card or by sending the Secretariat a cheque or bank transfer.
