Upon registering you will receive your Congress kit in
which you will find your name badge. You are kindly
requested to wear your badge during all Congress sessions

Airport Information and Travel To Porto
Porto Airport is located 11km from Porto, and provides direct
links to over 30 international destinations. From the airport to
the city center and hotels, you can use the Metro or take a taxi.
Travel time to the city center is approximately 40 minutes.
Transport To and From the Congress Centre
Transfers from the official congress hotels to the congress
centre will be provided
for participants who have booked their hotel accommodation with Kenes International.

Book Signing
You are welcome to have your copy of the Diagnostic
Criteria in Autoimmune Diseases book signed by the
authors, in the Exhibition Area on Saturday, September 13
from 13:00 - 14:00.
Language
English is the official language of the Congress.
Sessions
Please make sure to be in session halls on time as all
sessions will begin as per schedule.
Lunch and Coffee Breaks
Lunch and light refreshments will be offered as per the
lunch and coffee breaks indicated in the timetable.
Catering areas are located in the Exhibition Areas.
Cyber Center
A Cyber Center will be available for participants’ use
in the Exhibition Hall during exhibition hours.
Certificate of Attendance
The Certificate of Attendance is included in your
congress bag. You may approach the registration desk
to have your name printed onto the certificate on the
last day of the Congress.
CME Accreditation
The Congress has been accredited for a maximum of, or up to 21 European CME credits by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).
The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net .
EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician’s Recognition Award (PRA). To convert EACCME credit to AMA PRA category 1 credit, contact the AMA.

property during the congress. Participants are advised

Smoking is prohibited at all times in the meeting halls,
exhibition halls and restrooms. Your compliance is
appreciated.

Please note that mobile phones must be switched off
during all sessions.

The weather in Porto in September is warm & pleasant.
Temperatures range from 22-24° during the day and
13-16° during the evening.

Abstract CD Rom
As part of the campaign to preserve the environment, all
Congress abstracts are available on CD Rom only.
Abstract Stations (Data Center)
Abstract stations are available in the Poster Area. Participants
are welcome to view and print selected abstracts directly from
the website. All printed material will be recycled after the
Congress.
