Fees for participants include participation in all sessions, entrance to Bio-Tech Israel 2004 Exhibition, lunches at the Conference (May 4 & 5) and printed material.

Methods of Payment
Option 1 - Credit Card
Kenes International accepts Visa, Master Card credit cards.

Option 2 - Bank Transfer (Foreign Currency [US$] Only)
 Bank Transfer with your name and address indicated on the reverse. If payment is made for more than one person or by a company, please make sure all names are indicated and return fully completed registration forms together with a copy of the bank transfer to the Secretariat. Please make drafts payable to "BIOTECH 2004" Bank Leumi Le-Israel, Alonim Business Branch, Tel Aviv, Israel, Account Number PATAM 56262/63. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payee and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Option 3 - Cheque
Cheque made payable to: BIOTECH 2004 (please include fully completed registration form). Kenes International accepts Travellers' cheques and Euro cheques (in the currency of the issuing country).
