HOW TO BOOK:
In order to benefit from the special Congress rates, kindly send the
Accommodation Form included in this programme together with the required deposit by AIRMAIL, FAX
or E-mail to kenesinternational@kenes.com
We strongly advise all Congress participants to reserve their hotel
accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes International is unable to guarantee
rooms after September 15, 2000.
TRANSPORTATION
SNCF will grant a reduction of 20% on rail travel within France to registered
participants.

PAYMENT:
A deposit of EURO 200 for accommodation is payable with the reservation. The
balance should be paid directly to the hotel. Payment for all tours must be made
before arrival.
Kenes International accept Travellers' Cheques and Eurocheques (in the currency
of the issuing country), Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club credit cards.
IMPORTANT NOTES
§ Kenes International reserves the right to change the requested hotels
to those of a similar grade or better, if they are unable to confirm those
described in the brochure.
§ Kenes International shall not be responsible
for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage,
injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or
any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services
provided.
§ Personal travel and health insurance is highly
recommended.
§ Official check-in time for hotels is 14.00 hours
and check-out time is noon.
ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION
POLICY:
Refund of Accommodation fees will be made as follows:
Up to 90 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges
Up to 45 days prior to arrival - full refund (less EURO 45 handling fee)
Up to 30 days or less prior to arrival - No refund of the deposit
