Registration Fees for Full Participants will include:

Registration Fees for Accompanying Persons will include:
- Invitation to Get-Together Reception
- Two half-day tours
Payment
Payment of registration fees may be made as follows:
- by credit card i.e. Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club or American Express.
- by cheque payable to 5th ICCAD.
- by bank transfer to 5th ICCAD Credit Suisse Bank Geneva Branch,
Switzerland, Account number:

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payee and should be paid
at source in addition to the registration fees.
Please make sure that the name of the meeting and of the participant
is stated on the bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Fees will be refunded with a 25% deduction, if written cancellation
is received before July 15, 2003. After this date, no refund can be
made.
