come first Serve" as very limited single room with single bed are

BOOKING
In order to benefit from the special Symposium rates, kindly send the
enclosed form and the required deposit (CHF 200 per room) Online or
by AIRMAIL or FAX at your earliest convenience.
We strongly advise all Symposium participants to reserve their hotel
accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes International will not be able
to guarantee rooms after April 15, 2002.
Participants, who booked their hotel accommodation with Kenes in Eilat-
Israel, and sent a deposit, are requested to complete the attached form
for the new hotel dates. Their deposit will be transferred automatically
to the new booking, and a revised letter of confirmation will be sent
accordingly.

PAYMENT
Payment for accommodation and tours, provided by Kenes
International, is payable less deposit three weeks prior to your arrival
to Switzerland.
Kenes International accepts Travellers' cheques, Credit Cards (Visa,
MasterCard, and Diners Club).
IMPORTANT NOTES
Kenes International and their agents shall not be responsible for
and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage,
injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her
luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist
services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
Official check-in time for the hotel is 15:00 hours and check out is 11.00
hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Up to 90 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges
- Less then 40 days days prior to arrival - full refund less bank
charges and handling fee CHF100 per room
- Less than 35 days days prior to arrival - 1 night will be charged
- In case of non show - 2 nights will be charged

away from St. Moritz and is Switzerland's busiest and most important
airport, served by most airlines.
The journey from Zurich-Kloten Airport to St. Moritz by train
is about 4 hours with lovely scenery and cost
CHF 70 per person, per direction.
