Abstract Submission

Abstract Deadline Extended - abstracts received after July 21 will not be included in Congress publications

Abstracts should be submitted in English through the Congress website no later than Tuesday March 16, 2004. The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission to the Secretariat.

The abstracts will be published on the website prior to the Congress.

Authors of abstracts will be required to submit a full paper based on their presentation, for inclusion in a CD ROM to be distributed to participants at the Congress. Instructions for the submission of full papers will be sent to authors shortly.

Submission
Abstracts should be submitted only via this website.
The abstract (excluding title, list of authors, affiliation and email) should consist of at least 200 and no more than 400 words. The abstract should emphasize the objective and the originality of the study; background and technical information should be kept to a minimum. The abstract will be published in book form that will be distributed at the conference.
Title: Use upper case letters.
Tables, figures, references and equations: should not be included in the abstract.
It is expected that authors will submit carefully written and proof-read material. Speakers should confirm upon submission of their abstract which equipment they will require for presentation

Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract. You will receive confirmation that your abstract has been received, indicating the abstract number which it has been allocated. Please refer to this number in all correspondence regarding the abstract. Please contact the Secretariat if you have not received any communication regarding your abstract by May 1, 2004.
