The official language of the Congress will be English. All presentations
and publications will be in English and simultaneous translation will
not be provided
Climate
London in August is mild and mainly dry. Temperatures range from
16°C - 21°C. It is recommended to bring an umbrella and a jacket
for the evenings.

Official letters of invitation to facilitate arrangements to attend
the Congress will be sent on request. Please note that this letter can
in no way be regarded as a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee
or Congress to provide any financial assistance. If you require such a
letter, please apply to the Secretariat.

Please check with your travel agent or local British Consulate if
you require a visa for entry to the UK.
Travel Grants
A limited number of grants for students and participants from developing
countries may be available. Please consult the Congress website for further
information.

Participants are reminded that the currency of the UK is pounds sterling
