Airport Transfers - Meet and Assist

Kenes International has appointed as its official local travel agent.

Aton Travel will be offering an Airport Transfer Service which will enable you to book in advance transfers from Cairo International Airport to your hotel or the Congress Centre.

This service will include the following:

	Personal assistance by one of the agency's representatives upon arrival at the airport
	Escort through passport control, including arrangements of "on the spot" entry visa to citizens of countries who do NOT require visa arranged in Advance. Click here to see the visa information page on this website for more details.
	Assistance during check-in procedures upon arriving to the hotel
	All representatives are qualified, professional and multi-lingual personnel
	Booking will be available via the on-line registration and is subject to an additional fee which should be paid in advance
	Transfers can be booked until Friday, October 3, 2008
	If you book your transfer after registering for the meeting please be sure to enter the same family name and e-mail address used on your original registration form.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Transfers may be booked for up to 3 people (i.e. colleague or accompanying person) provided all passengers arrive on the same flight and stay at the same hotel. In this case, please choose the rate accordingly and ensure the booking is made only once by one participant to avoid double bookings.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received (by email or fax) up to 3 days prior to arrival – full refund will be made
Cancellations received (by email or fax) less than 3 days prior to arrival – full charge will be made
