Registration Fees (in US$)
The rates below will apply to payments received prior to the published deadlines.

*ICS Members who wish to benefit from the reduced registration rates must have renewed their ICS membership for 2008 before registering for the ICS Annual Meeting. ICS Membership will close on 12 October, 2008. Membership status is subject to confirmation by the ICS office.

Please note: the following activities are free of charge, however pre-registration is required:

• “Meet the Expert” session (open for ICS members only)
• Physiotherapy Study Session for Non-Physiotherapists
• 7th Round Table for Pelvic Floor Physiotherapists
• Nurses’ Meeting for Pan-Arab Nurses  
• Educational Course 6 and Educational Course 9

Fees for participants (Members and Non-Members) include:

• Entrance to the Meeting sessions & exhibition
• Annual Meeting publications
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception in the Chinese Garden, CICC
• Abstract CD
• Lunches in the exhibition area from Wednesday, 22 October – Friday, 24 October, 2008
• Participant fees do not include participation in workshops and educational courses.

Fees for Educational Courses and Workshops include:

• Admission to the relevant course/workshops
• All course materials for relevant course
• Course/workshop CME credits
• Coffee breaks and Lunches

Payment for Registration, Workshops and Educational Courses:

• By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express

• Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Early registration fees will only be valid if the full payment is received by the early registration deadline.

Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations received prior to 1 July, 2008 – full refund less $50 handling fee.
• Cancellations received from 1 July – 1 September, 2008 – 50% will be refunded
• Cancellations received on or after 1 September, 2008– no refund will be made.

Name badges must be worn at all times to gain access to the conference venue and to work shops and scientific sessions.
