Kenes International is the official travel agent for the Diabetes and Pregnancy symposium, and will offer special reduced rates for accommodation.

Accommodation at special congress rates is available in the following hotels:

Rates quoted are per room, per night and include breakfast and taxes.

Official check-in time for the hotels is 15:00 hours and check-out is required before 12:00 noon.

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after February 28, 2007.

Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details for the deposit are supplied; alternatively please forward the required deposit (in Euro) by bank transfer or cheque.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

For hotel reservations made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.

PAYMENT

Full pre-payment for accommodation provided by Kenes International is payable (less deposit € 150) at the latest 21 days prior to your arrival in Istanbul.

Kenes International accepts Travelers’ cheques and Euro cheques (in the currency of the issuing country) Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express credit cards.

Please note, 3 weeks prior to the congress, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit with a bank transfer or cheque are required to send the balance of outstanding accommodation charges to Kenes International at the latest 3 weeks prior to the congress.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Kenes International.
Until 30 days prior to arrival- Full refund less handling fee of Euro 25.
From 29-14 days prior to arrival- 1 night cancellation charge.
Cancellation received less than 13 days prior to arrival- no refunds.

Kenes International, and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
