REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked.
Prior to July 24, 2008- Full refund less €35 handling fees
From July 24, 2008 until September 24, 2008- 50% refund
From September 25, 2008 – No refund
PAYMENT
Payment of fees should be made in EURO and may be paid either by bank
transfer, cheque or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Amex*)
*For American Express credit cards, charges will be made in US Dollars
according to the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction.
