BADGE

On registering you will receive your Congress kit in which you will find your
name badge. You are kindly requested to wear your badge during all Congress
sessions and events.

LANGUAGE

Lectures will be in English. Simultaneous translation from English into French
and Italian will be available in Halls A and B.
PROJECTION
FACILITIES

All session halls will be equipped with slide projection and
data projection. If you are using your laptop for data projection, please make
sure you bring it to the session hall during the break preceding your session in
order to familiarize the projector with it. Speakers should check their slides
and arrange them in the carousel at the “Speakers Ready Room” no later than
30 minutes prior to the beginning of their session. Please collect them
immediately afterwards.
POSTERS

Posters will be on display on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
and will change every day. Your poster should be displayed as per the Board No.
in the Program. Posters are to be mounted from 07:45 to 08:30 on your assigned
day. Please remove your poster at the conclusion of sessions on your assigned
day. Poster presenters are requested to be present at their poster board during
coffee breaks. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that
are not removed on time.
A prize will be presented to the Best Poster on the occasion of the Closing
Ceremony.
Prize: One-year free subscription to Journal of Supportive Care in Cancer.
LUNCHES

The lunches are not included in Registration Fees. Light
lunches will be sold in the exhibition/poster pavilion.
CME

The Congress is approved by the Royal College of Physicians of London for CME,
up to 20 credits for full attendance at the Congress.
The VII EAPC Congress has been approved by the Italian Ministry of Health for
20 CME credits.
ESMO

ESMO Members can obtain 18 ESMO-MORA points - category 1
CERTIFICATES
OF ATTENDANCE

The Certificate of Attendance is included in your participant
kit.
LIST OF
PARTICIPANTS

A list of participants who have registered prior to the Congress is displayed on
the bulletin board. Please amend/add your name and address to the list.
ACCOMMODATION
AND TOURS

La Duca Viaggi Int., the official Congress local ground travel
agent, will operate a Hospitality Desk during the Congress. Participants
requiring additional hotel accommodation, tours by coach or by private vehicles
with driver/guide, car rentals, etc. should apply to the Hospitality Desk at
their earliest convenience.
