REGISTRATION /HOSPITALITY/ INFORMATION DESK
The registration and hospitality desk will be situated at the Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar Convention & Exhibition Centre for the duration of the congress.

REGISTRATION FEES

* In order to obtain the special fee for Students, an approval letter signed by the head of the department must accompany the registration form (if registered via the website, please fax the approval.)

Fees for Congress Participants include:

• Participation in all scientific sessions
• Printed material of the congress
• Invitation to the Get-Together Reception
• Lunch on Monday 27 & Tuesday 28
• Entrance to the exhibition

Should you wish to book rooms in a hotel that does not appear in the table below, please contact the Congress Secretariat at: reg_eas2008@kenes.com
We will be happy to check availability and negotiate the best possible room rates for your group. applicable for booking above 10 rooms

Group Registration procedure will be valid for a minimum of 10 participants and up.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Up to 90 days prior to arrival (January 26) - full refund less bank charges
• Up to 60 days prior to arrival (February 26) -cancellation charge of €50
• After February 26-no refund

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Registration fees can be paid by the following methods

  * American Express credit card charges will be in US Dollars, according to the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction.
  Your monthly credit card statement will indicate payment made to 'Kenes International'.
