We strongly advise all Congress participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes Tours are unable to guarantee rooms after 1 August 2000.

Accommodation in Tel Aviv

When booking, please complete the Accommodation form and return to Kenes Tours, no later than 1 August 2000. Requests will be accepted thereafter, however, hotel accommodation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. After this deadline, booking is only possible against full payment by credit card.

PAYMENT
To guarantee your reservation a deposit of US$ 200.- per room is required. Upon receipt of the deposit, each participant will receive a final confirmation. (Please do not send any payment or change of reservation directly to the hotel).
Full payment for accommodation and other services provided by Kenes Tours is payable before your arrival in Israel. Kenes Tours accepts Travellers' cheques and Eurocheques (in the currency of the issuing country), Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club credit cards.
Your signature on the accommodation form authorises Kenes to charge the balance due for services ordered to your account two weeks prior to your arrival.
Participants wishing to pay in their own local currency can do so via Western Union Quick Pay.
A Western Union blue "quick pay" form must be completed with the following information:

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of hotel accommodation will be made as follows:
up to 90 days prior to arrival - full refund (less US$ 50 handling fee)
up to 45 days prior to arrival - full refund less paid deposit
up to 30 days or less prior to arrival - no refund is possible.

IMPORTANT NOTES
§ Participants requiring single rooms will be accommodated in double rooms for single occupancy.
§ Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.
§ Official check-in time for hotels is 14.00 and check-out time is noon.
§ Kenes Tours reserves the right to change the requested hotels to those of a similar grade or better
§ Kenes Tours and their agents shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.

MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION
Kenes Tours is unable to accept a change of booking after 1 September 2000.
