Above rates are per room, per night including Israeli buffet breakfast and service charge.

HOW TO BOOK

In order to benefit from the special Meeting rates, kindly send the Registration and Accommodation Form included in this programme together with the required deposit by fax or by e-mail. We advise all Meeting participants to reserve their hotel accommodation not later than August 15.

PAYMENT

Full payment for accommodation and other services provided by Kenes Tours is payable before your arrival in Israel. Kenes Tours accepts Travellers' cheques and Eurocheques (in the currency of the issuing country), Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club credit cards.
Participants wishing to pay in their own local currency can do so via Western Union Quick Pay.
A Western Union blue "quick pay" form must be completed with the following information:

Western Union will forward this payment to Kenes Tours directly.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Participants requiring single rooms will be accommodated in double rooms for single occupancy.
§ Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.
§ Kenes Tours shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any
Loss, damage, injury, accident, delays or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any
Other property, for any tourist services provided.
§ Official check-in time for hotels is 14:00 hrs. and checkout time is noon.

TRANSPORTATION

ARRIVAL ASSISTANCE

Kenes Tours will operate a "welcome service" inside the arrivals terminal hall of Ben-Gurion International Airport for participants who have advised Kenes Tours of their flight details and requested arrival transfer. Participants who have reserved a transfer will be met by a Kenes representative at the arrival hall, upon entering the luggage claims area (after passport control).

For participants taking part in the EASD Annual meeting in Jerusalem, a group transfer will be arranged from Jerusalem to Nof Ginosar on Thursday, September 21, 2000 at 14:30 hours from the Crowne Plaza Hotel Jerusalem.

The following alternatives for arrival transfers from Ben-Gurion International Airport to the Meeting hotels are available in the event that you did not provide Kenes Tours with your flight details information.

1. Private taxis
Approximate fare: NIS 400 ($100) during the day and NIS 500 ($125) at night.

2. Public transportation
There are no direct public buses from the airport to Nof Ginosar Kibbutz Guesthouse. The following are the alternatives for using public buses: 'EGGED' buses (bus no. 475) leave the airport to the central bus station in Tel Aviv regularly every half an hour from Sunday to Thursday 05:00-22:30. On Friday, buses run from 05:00-16:00 and on Saturday from 19:00-22:30. From the Central bus station in Tel Aviv you will need to take bus no. 835/830 to Tiberias. Price: Approximately US$ 45 per person (payment in local currency). Upon arrival to Tiberias private taxis are available to Nof Ginosar (Cost: US$ 12 per taxi).
The journey is a minimum of 3 hours.
Egged Buses (Bus no. 947/045) leave the airport to Haifa regularly every half-hour from Sunday to Thursday from 07:00-21:00. On Friday, buses run from 07:00-15:00 and on Saturday from 19:00-22:30.
Price: Approximately US$8 per person (payment in local currency).
From the Central bus station in Haifa you will need to take bus no.430 to Tiberias.
Price: Approximately US$8 per person (payment in local currency).

DEPARTURE TRANSFERS

Group/s transfers will be co-ordinated according to the flight details information provided by the Meeting participants.
Exact pick up times will be notified on site.
