Persons wishing to become members of the EASD should contact the EASD secretariat in Duesseldorf

or via on line registration -  (this site is secured against any abuse).

Early registration closes on 20 June 2000, and any registration received after that date will be charged at the higher rate.
Participants will receive confirmation of registration and payment by the Local Organisers. At the registration desk, participants will receive the documentation and name badge, which MUST BE WORN throughout the Meeting.

All rates are indicated in US$. The term "Paid-up member" refers to persons who are recorded at the EASD Secretariat in Duesseldorf as paid-up members at the time of the EASD Meeting. Annual membership payments received after 1 August 2000 from NEW MEMBERS will not entitle them to registration fees for members. Please bring your membership card to the EASD Meeting.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- postmarked before 20 June 2000 - 100% refund (minus US $40 handling fee)
- postmarked from 21 June 2000 - 50% refund
- no refund on cancellations sent after 15 August 2000
