HOW TO BOOK

In order to benefit from the special Symposium satellite rates, kindly send the Registration and Accommodation Form included in this programme together with the required deposit by fax - 972 3 5140081 or by e-mail to olavee@kenes.com.
We advise all Symposium participants to reserve their hotel accommodation before July 15, 2000.

PAYMENT

Full payment for accommodation and other services provided by Kenes Tours is payable before your arrival in Israel. Kenes Tours accepts Travelers' cheques and Eurocheques (in the currency of the issuing country), Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club credit cards.
Participants wishing to pay in their own local currency can do so via Western Union Quick Pay.

A Western Union blue "quick pay" form must be completed with the following information:

Name/Department: Accommodation
Western Union will forward this payment to Kenes Tours directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund of hotel accommodation will be made as follows:
Up to 90 days prior to arrival - full refund (less US$ 50 handling fee)
Up to 45 days prior to arrival - full refund less paid deposit
Up to 30 days or less prior to arrival - no refund is possible.

IMPORTANT NOTES

§ Participants requiring single rooms will be accommodated in double rooms for single occupancy.
§ Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.
§ Kenes Tours shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any tourist services provided.
§ Official check-in time for hotels is 14:00 hours and check-out time is noon.

AIRPORT ASSISTANCE

For participants attending the EASD Meeting in Jerusalem, a group transfer will be arranged from Crowne Plaza Hotel, Jerusalem to the Dead Sea on Thursday, September 21, 2000 at 15:00 hours at the cost of US$ 35 per person.
Participants who have advised Kenes Tours of their flight details will be met and assisted at Ben-Gurion International Airport. Participants who have reserved a transfer are requested to contact Kenes' representative at the Arrival Hall, upon entering the luggage claims area (right after passport control).

Arrival transfers from Ben-Gurion International Airport to Symposium venue can be arranged on any day at an additional cost of US$ 180 per taxi (maximum 3 participants).
Group departure transfer from the Dead Sea to Ben-Gurion International Airport will be arranged on Saturday, September 23, 2000 at 08:00 hours at an additional cost of US$ 35 per person.

Departure private transfer from the Dead Sea can be arranged at an additional cost of US$ 180 per taxi. Please forward arrival and departure flight details for transfer arrangements no later than August 1, 2000.
