Registration fees for Participants include:
Participation in all scientific sessions, congress kit, programme, abstract book, printed material of the Congress, and an invitation to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception

Registration fees for Accompanying persons include:

• An invitation to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception
• Half-day tour on Thursday, September 4 (Prague "Art Nouveau")
• Half-day tour on Friday, September 5 (to Prague Gardens and the Lesser Quarter (Mal? Strana))

Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows: (a written request is mandatory)
E-mailed, faxed or postmarked prior to May 31, 2003 - Full refund (less € 60 handling fee)
E-mailed, faxed or postmarked from June 1 - August 10, 2003 - 50% refund
E-mailed, faxed or postmarked after August 10, 2003 - No refund

Different payment and cancellation policies will apply for group registrations.

Language
The official language of the Congress is English.
All abstracts must be submitted in English.
All lectures will be delivered in English.

Climate
The weather in Prague in September is normally warm and pleasant. The average temperature varies from 17 to 23 degrees Celsius.

Clothing
Informal for all occasions.

Visas
Please check with your travel agent if you require an entry visa to the Czech Republic.

Financial Aid
€50,000 will be budgeted for financial aid to applicants from low-resource and currency restricted countries. The aid will include accommodation in a university dormitory or similar.
Application for financial aid is now closed. No new applications will be considered.

Best Poster Prizes
Prizes for best posters will be presented during the closing ceremony of the Congress.
The Scientific Program Committee will select the winners based on scientific quality of data and excellence of presentation of posters.
10 cash prizes of €500 each, will be given for these best posters.
