EFNS mailing list a few months prior to the Congress.
B. Final Programme
The Final Programme will be distributed at the Congress to

registered participants. It will include the complete final, scientific,
social and tour programme, as well as practical information on

Congress.

2. SOCIAL EVENTS
A. Welcome Reception - Saturday, August 30, 2003
This event provides you with the opportunity to promote your
company
through a welcoming reception following the opening session on
the first
evening attended by all participants. Acknowledgement: A slide
at the end
of the ceremony, company logo on the personal invitations, signs
at the reception area. Menu to be coordinated and payment directly
to the caterer.
B. Ballet Evening in Helsinki Opera House
Programme: Lady of Camellias
The Finnish National Opera's splendid white building overlooking
Töölönlahti Bay is a worthy setting for the most
elaborate opera and
ballet productions.

C. Farewell Reception - Tuesday, September 2, 2003
At the conclusion of the final lecture on Tuesday, September
2, all the
participants will be invited to a closing ceremony and reception.
The
sponsoring company will be acknowledged on signs at the reception
area as well as on the last slide in the lecture hall inviting
the participants
to the party. The sponsoring company will be acknowledged in the
final
programme and on the Congress website.

3. SERVICES AND SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
A. Congress bags
The sponsor will provide the participants bags. The bag will
bear the sponsor's logo and the Congress logo. (No additional
charge to the sponsoring company).

B. Writing Pads and Pens
The sponsoring company may provide the writing pads and pens
(including the company's logo) for the Congress bags. Fixed sum
to be paid to the Congress.

C. Congress Website
The Congress website is www.kenes.com/efns2003.
Participants can register on-line. Submission of abstracts will
only be possible via the congress website. During and after the
congress, all abstracts will be available on the web. The site
will be maintained after the congress for another year.
The logo of the sponsoring company will be included on the website
with a link to the company's homepage.

D. Providing Internet and Message Service
A special area will be assigned as the Internet/Message Centre
at the Congress. The sponsoring company will provide 10 workstations,
enabling participants to send and receive e-mail, send and retrieve
messages to other Congress participants, and have free access
to the Internet. The sponsoring company will run this centre by
providing both equipment and manpower. The sponsoring company's
name will be displayed on the retrieval stations as well as the
Centre. The address will include your company's name. Information
regarding this service will be included in the Congress website
and final programme.

E. Press Centre
The Press Centre will operate throughout the Congress. Members
of the press will receive assistance and comfortable facilities.
Press Conferences will be organised. The sponsoring company's
name will be displayed on site. The sponsoring company will be
able to provide letterhead with its name and logo for use at the
Press Centre.

F. Signage
The sponsoring company's logo will be displayed on all directional
signs of the Congress which will be spread throughout the centre.

G. Poster Boards
The scientific programme includes in addition to oral presentations
a large number of scientific posters which will be displayed in
a special area adjoining the exhibition. The posters will be changed
daily and will be visited by all participants. The sponsoring
company's logo will be displayed on all poster boards.

H. Lunch
Provide the lunches on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Your company's
name will be displayed at the distribution stations during all
the lunch breaks. Your company's contribution will be acknowledged
in the final programme and on the Congress website.
