* Student registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the
head of department confirming their status and/or a valid student card.
EFNS members from the European countries in transition may apply for
residents' registration fee.
** Payment after August 20, 2004 is considered on-site and will be charged
accordingly.
Fees for participants, residents and paramedical professionals (full
congress) include:
- Participation in scientific sessions
- Visit of the exhibition
- Printed material of the Congress
- Certificate of attendance
- Opening ceremony and welcome reception
- Evening at the Musee d'Orsay***
- Three lunches
- Coffee during breaks
***Attendance will be limited. Tickets will be available on a first-come
first-served basis. If you want to attend be sure to tick this event on
the registration form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- Postmarked until and including May 30, 2004 - 100% refund (less €
50 handling fee)
- Postmarked from May 31, 2004 - 50% refund
- No refund on cancellations after July 30, 2004.
