We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after July 22, 2005.
Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied; alternatively please forward a deposit of Euro 230 per night, per room in order to guarantee the hotel accommodation.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.
For hotel reservation made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.

FOR BLOCK BOOKINGS (10 ROOMS AND UP) COMPANIES ARE REQUESTED TO SEND THEIR REQUEST BY FAX OR EMAIL TO KENES INTERNATIONAL. DIFFERENT PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES WILL APPLY.

BLOCK BOOKING FOR INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANTS
Kenes International has nominated FREI S.A. Travel-Congress to be the local travel agent for individual hotel bookings for this congress. In order to benefit from the above special congress rates, kindly send the enclosed accommodation form with a proof of payment and the required deposit by Airmail, Fax or E-mail at your earliest convenience. We strongly advise all congress participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. FREI S.A. Travel-Congress will not be able to guarantee rooms after July 5, 2005. PAYMENT
All payments must be made in Euros. Please check that your name and EFNS 2005
are clearly indicated in order to ensure that the payment will be correctly registered.

The deposit for accommodation is payable to FREI S.A. Travel-Congress when making the reservation. The balance due for accommodation (less deposit) is payable 3 weeks prior to your arrival in Athens (August 26, 2005). FREI S.A. Travel-Congress accepts bank transfers, Visa, Master Card, Diners and American Express credit cards.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
If hotel is cancelled more then 40 days prior to arrival - deposit refundable less bank charges
If cancelled between 39-31 days prior to arrival - deposit is non-refundable
If cancelled less then 30 days prior to arrival - no refund

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and the payment will be non-refundable.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
Guests will be charged for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.

Travel-Congress and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.

Official check-in time for the hotel is 16:00 hours and check out is noon.
