1. Data presentation:

A Speakers' Ready Room will be available for speakers, and will be available every day throughout the Congress.

If using a Powerpoint (or any other computer) presentation, please note you need to bring it on a floppy disk (3.5"/1.44 MB), on a CD or on a "disk on key", using the USB port in the computer and load it on one of the congress' computers in the Speakers' Ready Room, at least 1 hour before the start of the session. You may supply your own laptop computer as a back-up.

Please note that the congress’ computers in the session halls are being supplied with Windows XP and Office XP (at least).

Important note for Macintosh users

If using a Macintosh laptop computer, please note that you need to supply your own and confirm that it has a VGA socket for external signal.

• Come to check your presentation first in the Speakers’ Ready Room as soon as you arrive.
• During the coffee or lunch break prior to your session, and at least 30 minutes before the start of the session make a final check in the session hall where your lecture is taking place.

Videos (VHS multi-system format) and overhead projectors can be supplied upon availability only. If required, please approach the Speakers’ Ready Room at least two hours prior to the start of the session

2. Video:

If you need to use a video for your presentation (VHS multi-system format only), please advise us by e-mail or fax, no later than August 30, 2005.

Please note that slide projection will not be available.
