Fees apply to payments received prior to the deadlines

* Student registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the head of department confirming their status and/or a valid student card.
EFNS members from Eastern European countries, which are not members of the EU may apply for residents' registration fee.

Fees for participants and residents include:

• Participation in scientific sessions
• Visit of the exhibition
• The printed material of the Congress
• A certificate of attendance
• Opening ceremony and welcome reception
• Social event on Monday, August 27 (limited number, "first-come first-served" basis)
• Three lunches
• Coffee during breaks

INDIVIDUAL Registration form

On-line Registration is no longer possible.
Please register directly on-site at the registration desk at the Brussels Expo Congress Centre from Friday, August 24th at 13:00.

GROup Registration form

Group Registration procedure will be valid for a minimum of 10 participants and up.

Registration desks will be situated at the Brussels Expo for the duration of the Congress.

Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Postmarked until and including June 1, 2007 – 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
• Postmarked from June 2, 2007 – 50% refund
• No refund on cancellations after August 1, 2007

Payment

Payment of Registration Fees should be made in Euro by the following methods:

• By Credit Card: i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express*
  *Payments made with American Express will be charged in U.S. Dollars according to the exchange rate at the day of the transaction
• Cheque: payable to the "EFNS 2007"

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fess.
