Fees include:
Participants: Participation in the Scientific Sessions, Program and Book of Abstracts, Welcome Reception, 3 lunches, coffee & cake during breaks, Gala Dinner.
Accompanying Persons: Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and a half-day sight-seeing tour of Tel-Aviv/Jaffa.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Refund of Registration Fees will be made for cancellations received as follows:

Before February 1, 2000: Full refund (less US$50 handling fee & bank charges)
From February 1 to March 1, 2000: 50% refund
After March 1, 2000: No refund

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation for participants, at specially reduced rates, has been secured at the David Inter-Continental Hotel and the Metropolitan Hotel in Tel-Aviv, as follows:

(Rates per room, per night, including Israeli buffet-breakfast and service charge)
In order to benefit from these rates, please send the enclosed Accommodation Form, to the Secretariat, together with a deposit for one night.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Hotel Deposit will be refunded (less US$35 handling fee & bank charges) for cancellations received before February 20, 2000. After this date, no refund will be made.

VISAS
For participants from most countries a visa to Israel is not required, but we suggest that you ask your travel agent to check for you.

LETTER OF INVITATION
On request, the secretariat of the Congress will send a personal invitation to participate. This invitation is meant only to help participants to raise travel funds from their local authorities or obtain a visa, and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.

CLIMATE & CLOTHING
Tel Aviv in March is usually pleasant during the day and cool at night. Temperatures range from 12°- 21°C (53° - 69°F).
Clothing is informal for all occasions. (Jackets or sweaters are recommended).

FLIGHTS TO ISRAEL   
ELAL Israel Airlines - the official carrier of the Congress, offers special airfares for the participants (and their spouses) waiving the "minimum stay" requirement.
