BOOKING
In order to benefit from the special Meeting rates, please use one of the following booking methods:

• Send the enclosed Registration & Accommodation Form with the required deposit by FAX or Mail at your earliest convenience
• Book your hotel accommodation through this website.

We strongly advise all Meeting participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after March 15, 2003.

Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied; alternatively please forward the required deposit of EUR 200 per room by bank transfer (details appear in the Registration and Accommodation Form) or cheque, made payable to "ESPID 2003".

For hotel reservations made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the corresponding hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.

For block bookings (10 rooms and up) companies are requested to send their request by fax or Email to Kenes International. Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

Official check-in time for the hotel is 15:00 hours and check out is at 10:00 hours.

PAYMENT
Payment for accommodation, provided by Kenes International is payable (less deposit) before your arrival in Giardini Naxos, Sicily. Kenes International accepts Travellers' cheques and Euro cheques (in the currency of the issuing country) Visa, Master Card, Diners Club and American Express credit cards.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Kenes International.
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and the payment will be non-refundable. (Based on minimum 2 nights stay, excluding the Ramada Giardini Naxos Hotel, based on minimum 3 nights stay).

For block bookings (10 rooms and up) different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Kenes International, and their agents shall not be responsible for and and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.

AIRPORT INFORMATION
Catania Airport is located 55 km from Giardini Naxos and is a 40-45-minute drive by car.

Kenes International will operate a Welcome Desk at Catania Airport on Tuesday 8 April 2003 and Wednesday 9 April 2003.

Should participants require any assistance, please approach the Welcome Desk upon your arrival.

TRANSPORTATION
Kenes International will operate a special shuttle to/from the airport/the official ESPID hotels as follows:

• On Tuesday, April 8 and on Wednesday, April 9, 2003, On Saturday, April 12, 2003.
  The shuttle will operate 4 times a day. Shuttle times will be provided at a later date.
  Price per person, per transfer: EUR 25
• Taxis are available day and night from Catania Airport to hotels.
  Price : approximately EUR 75 per taxi.
