ABSTRACT FORM - INDUSTRY SPONSORED SYMPOSIA

Before you begin please prepare the following information:

  • Contact details of Presenting Author
  • Details of all affiliations of all abstract authors: department, institution / hospital, city, country
  • Authors names (first and middle initials, family name), in upper case
  • Abstract title in upper and lower case
  • If there is any figure (graph / table) which accompanies the abstract text, it should be an image (JPG/BMP format, maximum size of 13cm width X 18cm height, up to 200dpi). Having an image may reduce the number of words allowed in your abstract text , i.e. less then 280 words.
  • Abstract text is limited to a maximum of 280 words - if there is a figure then this number will be reduced accordingly, and you will be asked to adjust the number of words in your abstract to the new number. The re-calculated amount of words will be displayed on the upload window, once upload is finished. It is advisable to upload the figure before entering the abstract text to know this number.
  • Please note, once you press on submit, there is no option to edit the information you entered and you will have to start again!
