All participants must submit a completed registration form. Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration. Please make a photocopy of your registration form for your own files.
The members and non-members' registration fee includes:
- Attendance to all scientific sessions
- Delegate’s bag with meeting material
- Lunch and coffee breaks during the meeting
- Opening Ceremony and Get Together Reception, Wednesday, May 14
- Bill Marshall Award and
Lecture, Thursday, May 15
- * Farewell Event, Friday, May 16
ESPID members are also entitled to an invitation to the ESPID Members
and Faculty Dinner on Thursday, May 15 *.
The accompanying person's fee includes:
- Opening and Welcome Buffet Reception, Wednesday, May 14
- Bill Marshall Award and Lecture, Thursday, May 15
- 2 half day tours
- *Farewell Event, Friday, May 16
* A reservation fee of Euro 15 is applicable.
Payment
Payment of fees should be made in EURO and may be paid either by bank transfer, cheque or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Amex*)
*For American Express credit cards, changes will be made in US Dollars according to the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before February 14, 2008 - 100% refund (minus € 30 handling fee)
Postmarked from February 14, 2008 until April 14, 2008 - 50% refund.
No refund on cancellations sent after April 14, 2008 |
