The date of receipt by the congress organisers of both the registration
and payment of the registration fee determines whether early, late or on-site fee is applicable.

Fees for PARTICIPANTS include:
- Participation in scientific sessions
- Entrance to the exhibtion
- Welcome reception on Thursday
- The printed material of the Congress
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked until and including June 15, 2005 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
Postmarked from June 16 - August 15, 2005 - 50% refund
No refund on cancellations after August 15, 2005.

The registration desk will be open for on site registration at the The Flanders Congress and Concert Center from 03:00 PM on Thursday 15, 2005.
