Fees for Congress Participants include:

• Participation in all scientific sessions
  
• Lunch Buffet Thursday 25th & Friday 26th
  
• Delegate’s bag with printed material of the congress
  
• An invitation to the Get-Together Reception
  
• Coffee Breaks
  
• Entrance to the exhibition

Fees for Accompanying Person include:

• Invitation to the Get-Together Reception
  
• Half-day tours on Sept 25 and Sept 26 (Please visit the website for details about the tours)

* In order to obtain the special fee for Resident/Trainee, an approval letter signed by the head of the department must accompany the registration form (if registered via the website, please fax the approval.)

** Fee for luncheon session includes a light buffet lunch

*** Only applicable to those candidates who successfully completed Part I during the 2007 congress

CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 90 days prior to arrival- full refund less bank charges Up to 60 days prior to arrival-cancellation charge of €50 Less than 60 days prior to arrival-no refund
