Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked.Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Up to 90 days prior to arrival (October 27, 2007) - full refund less bank charges
Up to 60 days prior to arrival (November 27, 2007) -cancellation charge of €50
From November 27, 2007-no refund
