On behalf of the Organising Committee, we take pleasure in inviting you to European Academy of Paediatrics – EAP / C.E.S.P.,  which will take place in Barcelona, Spain, October 7-10, 2006.

The European Academy of Paediatrics – EAP (Europaediatrics) is the largest European Congress of Paediatrics, organised alternately by C.E.S.P. (Confederation of European Specialists in Paediatrics) and UNEPSA (Union of National European Paediatric Societies and Associations).

European Academy of Paediatrics will be a very special congress as, for the first time, two European paediatric subspecialty societies, ESPR/ESN (European Society for Paediatric Research / European Society of Neonatology) and the ESPNIC (European Society of Paediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care) will combine their annual congress with the C.E.S.P. Congress.

Moreover, many other European subspecialty societies will contribute to the scientific programme.

As a consequence, this Congress will provide top-level education and state of the art information, particularly aimed for paediatric subspecialists and paediatricians involved in hospital based paediatrics. A challenging nursing program will moreover be included.

Barcelona is the ideal location for this Congress, a beautiful city with many tourist attractions and perfect congress facilities.
