BOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS
In order to benefit from the above special Meeting rates, kindly send the enclosed
Registration and Accommodation Form with the required deposit through the Web Site or by AIRMAIL, FAX or E-mail at your earliest convenience.

We strongly advise all Meeting participants to reserve their Hotel accommodation as soon as possible.
Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after October 1, 2002.

Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied; alternatively please forward a required deposit of US$ 150 per room by bank transfer. (Details appear in the Registration and Accommodation Form).

For block bookings (10 rooms and up) companies are requested to send their request by fax or e-mail to Kenes International.
Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

PAYMENT
Payment for accommodation, tours and transfers provided by Kenes International is payable (less deposit) before your arrival in Istanbul.
Kenes International accepts Travellers' cheques and Euro cheques Visa, Master Card, Diners Club and American Express credit cards.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION FOR INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS

• Cancellations must be received in writing before September 15, 2002 after this date a fee equivalent
  to one night accommodation
  will be charged.
• In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and the payment will
  be non-refundable.

• Kenes International, and their agents shall not be responsible for and and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.
• Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
• Official check-in time for the hotel is 14:00 hours and check out is noon.

TRAVEL TO ISTANBUL

Most international airlines have regular flights from all major cities of the world. Train journeys can be made to Istanbul directly froma dnvia some European Cities.

AIRPORT ASSISTANCE

• All International and Domestic flights arrive at Istanbul's Ataturk Airport.
• Buses leave from Istanbul airport to Taksim Area (downtown) every 30 minutes from 06:00 to 23:00. Journey time from the airport to downtown by bus is 45 minutes. Cost is approximately US$ 15 per person.
• Private taxis are also available, the approximate cost is US$ 30-35 to Taksim area.
  Private arrival and departure transfers between Istanbul Airport and the official Meeting hotels can be arranged on any day at an additional cost of US$ 30 per person. Please register for this service on the Registration and Accommodation form no later than October 1, 2002.
  Participants who have reserved a transfer will be met outside the arrival hall, after passing through passport control and luggage claim.
