The official language of the Meeting is English. All abstracts should
be submitted and presented in English.
Climate
 The weather
in Istanbul in October is usually fine and dry, with an average monthly
rainfall of 53mm.
The temperature ranges between 12°C (55°F) and 19°C (67°F),
and humidity can rise to 61%.

Informal for all occasions.

Letter of Invitation
Participants requiring a formal letter of invitation to enable them to
make their arrangements to participate in the Meeting may apply to the
Secretariat. Please note that this letter can in no way be regarded as
a commitment regarding scheduling or financial support from the Meeting
organizers.
