BREAKFAST SESSIONS
Hot beverages and bakery items will be provided outside the halls of the
Breakfast Symposia 15 minutes prior to the start of these sessions.

CLOTHING
Informal for all occasions.

PERSONAL ENVELOPE AND NAME BADGE
The personal envelope you received upon your registration contains
your name badge, invitation to the Welcome Reception and vouchers
for lunch. Please remember to wear your name badge to all sessions and
events.

INTERNET SERVICES
Internet facilities will be available to all participants on the Congress
Level.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
The certificates will be inserted into the Congress participant bags.

LIST OF PARTICIPANTS
A list of participants is displayed on the notice board in the registration
area. Please correct/update or add your name and address, wherever
necessary.

SMOKING POLICY
Please note that this is a non-smoking Congress. Kindly refrain from
smoking.

EXHIBITION
The exhibition will be open as follows:

WELCOME RECEPTION
All registered participants are welcome to join the Welcome Reception
on Friday, February 1 at 20:30 at the Vakzuid Club.
Departure is from the Okura and Novotel Hotels at 20:15.
(transportation provided).

LIABILITY
The organizer is not able to take any responsibility whatsoever for
injury or damage involving persons and property during the meeting.
Participants are advised to take out their own personal insurance.
